What is the Blended Course

Part 1 – The AHA CPR/AED Blended class offers convenience Virtual training (On the AHA Website). Participants
can complete course at work, or home, at their own pace.

Part 2 – Once the course is completed, the participant meets for the scheduled certification time (lunch hour/after work) at your office for a 20 – 30 minute skills testing session, to demonstrate their CPR & AED Skills.

Traditional BLS Provider Class –     BLS Provider Certification. 

American Heart Association Two Year Certification Course For: Healthcare Providers The BLS Course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes, until emergency medical services personnel arrive. Students will learn both single-rescuer and team basic life support for adults, children and infants through 5 interactive exercises, scenarios and a written test. Students learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED. Course also teaches relief of choking. The course provides a complete health and safety training solution adult CPR, and AED for the heath care provider. Certification cards are issued at completion of course.

Combination of ACLS and BLS Blended Courses Include: Both ACLS and BLS Courses, Both Skills Test and both the ACLS and BLS Cards for a total of $300.
